Singapore-based Algorand, a blockchain development company, has appointed Lightblue to bring conference, Decipher, to Dubai. The event, which brings together thousands of the Algorand community to discuss future development, the network and the ecosystem, will be held at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference and Events Centre from 28-30 November.
The event acts as a true enabler for an amazing cross-section of functional expertise and experience – from economists to cryptographers, computer scientists, community leaders, artists, musicians, creatives, gamers and network governors, investors, journalists and many more.
Recently unveiled as the official blockchain partner for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, this also represents a great opportunity for Algorand to support the regional community.
Commenting on the appointment, Stephen Duignan, head of global marketing, communities & comms at Algorand said, “Decipher is being held in Dubai in 2022 to enable the entire global community of Algorand to meet together in one place – and the best place for that is Dubai since it represents a modern cross-roads of the world. We are delighted to be working alongside Lightblue as a true pioneer in the experiential space”.
Craig Borthwick, Partner at Lightblue, added: “It is an incredible honour to bring Decipher to Dubai and be an integral part of Algorand’s extraordinary global journey. Innovation is a key pillar of the Lightblue agency and the impact that Algorand can have on culture through it’s ecosystem is quite simply inspiring”.
