North Seventy Five, a new communications agency, has launched in the UAE, joining European communications platform Paritee’s international advisory network. The move gives the newly formed agency immediate global backing while marking Paritee’s expansion to the region.

Founded by industry veterans Lisa Welsh and Iman Issa, who bring more than 45 years of combined regional and international experience, North Seventy Five aims to serve ambitious brands, government entities and innovators across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The agency positions itself at the intersection of regional fluency and global discipline, with a focus on solving complex communications challenges at speed.

Welsh said the launch responds directly to client demand for “agile, locally rooted teams with the ability to solve complex challenges at speed”. She added that with Paritee as a partner allows the agency to “scale that promise across borders, disciplines and industries”.

Issa said the agency’s offer spans integrated communications, strategy, creative, leadership training and data intelligence, designed for high-growth markets across the Middle East. “We’re a partner that knows people are the pulse of every great brand,” she added. “Strategy only works when carried forward by thinkers, makers, leaders and listeners who turn clarity into action.”

For Paritee, the launch strengthens its network beyond its existing footprint in the UK/US, Ireland/Brussels, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. The move expands the group’s presence into the Middle East & North Africa for the first time, with Dubai acting as its regional hub.

Lars Erik Grønntun, Founder and Executive Chairman of Paritee, described the partnership as part of the group’s “disciplined expansion” into markets that matter most to clients. “Iman and Lisa are an exceptional addition to our growing coalition of agency leaders,” he said. “This marks another step in establishing Paritee as a bold challenger in the international communications landscape.”

Paritee’s network now comprises around 500 employees across 17 offices in 13 markets, with North Seventy Five positioned as its newest strategic partner for cross-border and international briefs.
