Lynqor – a marketing orchestration company that designs and operates integrated marketing systems – has launched in the UAE with an AI-powered orchestration model aimed to tackle marketing fragmentation.

Founded by Kerem Emre Akarlar, Founder and CEO of Lynqor, a senior marketing and business leader with more than 20 years of experience across MENAT, the company introduces a model designed to connect strategy, data, creative, and media into a single, accountable growth system.

“The agency model is no longer the problem — fragmentation is,” said Akarlar.  “Brands today are investing more than ever, but disconnected systems are limiting performance. Lynqor was built to orchestrate the entire marketing ecosystem into one unified growth engine.”

Lynqor – Not a traditional agency, but a marketing orchestration platform

As brands across MENA continue to scale their marketing efforts, a growing challenge is becoming clear: complexity is increasing faster than performance.

Today, 39 per cent of CMOs are actively reducing agency spend, prioritising the consolidation of fragmented partner ecosystems, while 64 per cent report lacking the internal resources to effectively execute their strategies, according to a recent study by Gartner.

As marketing ecosystems expand across multiple agencies, platforms, and data environments, fragmentation is becoming a structural barrier to performance.

Research shows that companies integrating brand and performance marketing can significantly improve return on investment (ROI), reinforcing the value of connected systems over siloed execution.

Lynqor is built on the belief that the next phase of marketing growth will not come from adding more partners or tools — but from connecting them. The company positions itself not as a traditional agency, but as a marketing orchestration platform — designed to unify all marketing functions into a single system.

Its operating model is structured across five interconnected layers:

  • Consulting: Market entry, growth strategy, and business design
  • Intelligence and technology: Data infrastructure, AI-driven insights, and MarTech systems
  • Creative: Scalable content ecosystems, AI-powered production, and influencer strategy
  • Value communication: Media strategy, performance marketing, and investment optimisation
  • Partner execution: A curated ecosystem of agencies, platforms, and technology partners

Unlike traditional agency models focused on outputs, Lynqor is structured to take end-to-end accountability for growth outcomes, connecting all layers into one orchestrated system.

Built in the UAE, operating across key markets

Headquartered in Dubai, Lynqor launches with a regional-first approach and global access, leveraging a growing network of partners across EMEA and beyond.

The company is currently focused on supporting brands across key markets including the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, enabling both regional scale and cross-market growth.

This network-led model allows Lynqor to integrate best-in-class capabilities across markets — without being limited to a single in-house structure.

The company is already in early-stage engagements with brands and partners across multiple sectors, with strategic collaborations currently underway.

AI as infrastructure, not a feature at Lynqor

Central to Lynqor’s approach is the integration of artificial intelligence across the full marketing lifecycle.

From predictive planning and audience intelligence to AI-driven content production and real-time media optimisation, AI is embedded as a core layer of the system — reducing decision cycles and improving efficiency.

“AI is not a tool — it’s infrastructure,” added Akarlar. “The real advantage comes when it’s connected across strategy, creative, and media, not used in isolation.”

Lynqor offers a flexible model that adapts to client needs:

  • Designing and building internal marketing systems.
  • Fully managing and orchestrating external ecosystems.
  • Or combining both approaches.

This allows Lynqor to operate not as an intermediary but as a system architect and growth partner, capable of both designing and running marketing operations.

Lynqor’s launch reflects a broader shift in the region – as brands move away from fragmented execution toward integrated, system-led growth models.
