
As leading technology consulting and digital solutions firm Tech Mahindra marches towards its 40th year, it has undertaken a full-fledged brand refresh that aims to reflect its transformation into an artificial intelligence (AI)-era powerhouse that’s agile, fearless and relentless, focused on creating meaningful impact for its customers.
While Campaign Middle East carried the news when it was first announced, the CMO of Tech Mahindra Peeyush Dubey has now revealed exclusive details about the strategy and rollout of the brand refresh follows a phased, global implementation plan designed for maximum visibility and operational efficiency, including:
- Digital-first deployment, which began with the website, social media, and leadership communications from key leaders,
- Physical brand refreshing, including office signage, events, and environmental graphics — will follow over the next 3–6 months, synchronised with scheduled facility renewals,
- Internal engagement, which includes immersive brand sessions, new templates, playbooks, and merchandise aligned with the “Limitless Together” Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and
- Event visibility that will feature the refreshed identity at key industry forums such as Mobile World Congress, Dreamforce and Sapphire, as well as through the Tech Mahindra Global Chess League.
“This year marks 39 incredible years of Tech Mahindra and as we stride towards our 40th, it felt like the perfect moment to reimagine who we are and what we stand for. The brand refresh is more than a visual refresh; it’s a bold declaration of intent,” said Peeyush Dubey, Chief Marketing Officer, Tech Mahindra.
Dubey added, “Our new identity celebrates the spirit of reinvention, fusing legacy with limitless possibilities. It mirrors the pulse of an organisation that has always dared to move first, think differently, and lead with purpose. Every design element, every tone, every message is crafted to signal our evolution into a modern, confident, and globally cohesive brand that is rewriting the playbook for digital and AI-led transformation.”

The brand refresh is supported by a comprehensive, digital-first global marketing campaign that emphasises precision engagement and thought leadership over mass advertising.
Digital and social media activations are driving awareness of the new identity and the “Scale at Speed™” promise. PR, storytelling and thought leadership pieces communicate Tech Mahindra’s AI-led transformation journey. Experiential marketing and partnerships leverage properties such as the Global Chess League and Mahindra Racing’s Formula E team to enhance global visibility.
The brand has reallocated its marketing spends, optimising investments for greater digital impact. It has also raised digital ad spends by 15–20 per cent through smarter allocation, ensuring precision targeting and better return on investment (ROI). This approach intends to ensure a cohesive rollout, cost efficiency, and sustained impact.
Dubey explained, “In the short term, the refreshed identity brings clarity and consistency across Tech Mahindra’s portfolio of more than 50 acquired companies, many of which are now being unified under a single global visual and strategic framework. It establishes a cohesive and scalable identity that reflects the company’s integration under its “Orbit Model” of sub-brands, endorsed brands, and independents.”
He added, “In the midterm, the brand refresh aligns directly with our three-year transformation roadmap, reinforcing our ambition to lead the market in AI-driven digital transformation. The new identity also strengthens Tech Mahindra’s employee value proposition, ‘Limitless Together’, by championing agility, boldness, collaboration, and discernment, traits that define both the brand and its people.”
From a creative perspective, the brand refresh was conceptualised in partnership with Saffron Brand Consultants, based in London and Spain. The new creative system aims to be a visual and strategic manifestation of precision, focus and forward motion:

The new ‘lozenge’ symbol is inspired by Mahindra’s “rising beam” and the chessboard motif from the Global Chess League symbolises strategy, energy and depth. It represents Tech Mahindra’s dual strengths: legacy and intelligence. The expanded colour palette, anchored in Mahindra Red and complemented by richer tones inspired by luxury brands, adds modernity and visual distinction.
The motion-led design system introduces dynamism and adaptability across digital platforms, expressing Tech Mahindra’s agility in the AI age. The typography and minimalist visual style ensure clarity, scalability, and global resonance.

Insights revealed a consistent theme; customers deeply trust Tech Mahindra’s heritage but seek a more progressive and future-focused articulation of its expertise.|
