Starcom Middle East, a media agency and part of Publicis Groupe Middle East has appointed Stuart Mackay as Business Lead.
In this position, Mackay will oversee multi-market portfolios and guide the strategic direction of the business, while also leading media and digital strategies for key clients.

Mackay joined Starcom Middle East from Reprise Digital, where he served as the Managing Director, overseeing the transformation of the business into one of the Middle East’s foremost marketing transformation agencies.
Prior to his time at Reprise, he held the key role of Chief Technology Officer at TAG, London’s leading travel and event management company, defining the company’s IT strategy and future state application architecture.
With over 18 years of experience in Digital, Technology, and Media transformation, Mackay has consistently played key roles in renowned organisations such as Hewlett Packard, Vodafone, and Travis Perkins, driving their transformative agendas.
