The Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) has partnered with Saudia, to bring AlUla FM to the airline’s inflight entertainment system.
Signed by Abdulrahman Altrairi, Chief Communications and PR Officer and Official spokesperson for the Royal Commission for AlUla and Khaled Tash, Saudia’s Group Chief Marketing Officer, the agreement expands AlUla FM’s reach with a new platform to raise awareness of AlUla’s cultural heritage among visitors and travellers.
AlUla FM became the first radio station to be available on Saudia flights as part of the airline’s in-flight entertainment system. This is a key milestone for the growth of AlUla FM as an audio platform.

AlUla FM reflects RCU’s commitment to supporting various programmes and initiatives within a contemporary media context aligning with the development of the Saudi media system. It highlights the various objectives of AlUla’s vision, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Since RCU officially launched AlUla FM under the slogan ‘The Sound of Arabia’, the audio platform has provided a forum for the voices of AlUla to share their stories with a global audience on recurring and seasonal programmes.
