Ostium Talent, a boutique recruitment agency specialising in strategic communications, has launched in the Middle East with offices in both Dubai and London.
With expertise in Europe and the Middle East, Ostium Talent will use its unique connections and industry experience in both markets to link world-class candidates with industry-leading companies.
The new venture has been launched by Dan Cotter, who was a director at DMCG Global and started his career in the Middle East with the largest independent communications consultancy in the Middle East, TRACCS. Prior to this Dan worked in the UK in PR as well as with Sky Sports and as a journalist for the BBC.
“Moving to the Middle East was the best decision I have ever made. I love working in such an exciting market which is constantly changing and evolving”, said Cotter.
Managing director of Ostium Talent, Dan Cotter acknowledges how challenging the last year has been but believes the future is extremely bright for the region. Cotter said:
“I know the last 12 months have been tough for a lot of people and I feel very fortunate that strategic communications has, so far, proved very resilient. The Middle East is attracting some of the very best talents in communications and I can only see that continuing and growing given the dynamic nature of the region”.
Ostium Talent will support clients across a broad range of communication disciplines including corporate communications, reputation management, financial services, and crisis communications.
It will offer a flexible recruitment solution to its clients and according to its managing director trust and a very personal approach will be at the heart of everything they do.
“Companies trust us to find game-changing talent that will enable their business to grow. We take that trust seriously. Our candidates trust us with their careers. We never take that for granted,” said Cotter.
