South Africa-based advertising festival and awards show The Loeries has announced its list of finalists, and the Middle East and North Africa is well represented.
From the region, Impact BBDO and J. Walter Thompson dominate, although there is also work from TBWA/RAAD, Memac Ogilvy, Y&R and more.
Andrew Human, CEO of the Loeries, says entries are slightly up on last year, to more than 3,000. South African entries were down, but rest of Africa and Middle East are up by 100 per cent, now making up all entries.
