World-famous comedian John Cleese will be bringing his unique brand of humour to Dubai Opera on March 18.
The legendary figure is famous for Monty Python, Fawlty Towers and A Fish Called Wanda where he earned a reputation as one of the world’s funniest people. Cleese is also a celebrated author and has recently written a book on creativity.
Dubai Opera and Motivate Talent will be presenting An Evening with the late John Cleese on Saturday March 18 at 7.30pm at Dubai Opera.
It is a perfect opportunity to spend an evening of humour, laughing at his hilarious and silly highlights from his life and career. At 83 years of age Cleese is still the “World’s Funniest Man” and this event will surely prove it.
The world-famous comedian first made his mark as a member of the legendary Monty Python Troupe in the 1960’s and has gone on to write, produce, direct and star in some of the greatest comedic hits of the last 50 years. He even received an Oscar nomination for the best screenplay for A Fish Called Wanda.
