IMI has announced the appointment of ENG Future Media as its exclusive commercial partner to handle the advertising sales and commercial services for its portfolio of media brands.
As part of the long-term agreement ENG Future Media manage IMI’s commercial and advertising deals for the media group’s diverse platforms, including TVCs, radio, digital and publishing, across the MENA region. The partnership is designed to ensure flexibility and transparency in advertising sales, while maximizing commercial opportunities for IMI and its brands.
“This partnership with ENG Future Media enables us to optimise the commercial potential of our portfolio while maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation in our content. In line with our vision of bringing the world closer through the power of storytelling, this strategic step allows us to amplify the voices of our partners and clients across our platforms and connect them with people across the region and beyond,” said Sharif Badreddine, Chief Revenue Officer at IMI.
Rehan Merchant, Group CEO of ENG Group, further added how the agreement will shape the advertising landscape in the region. “With the evolving media and advertising landscape the importance of developing client centric advertising and content solutions has peaked as clients look beyond 30 second ads, banner ads and traditional print executions. ENG Future Media has the capability and expertise to develop advertising solutions that optimise clients’ ROI, ” he said.
ENG Future Media will be headed by Hamad Malik, to unlock the potential and growth opportunities of the project. Malik has previously led the ad sales team of Abu Dhabi Media Network’s commercial partner and has extensive commercial expertise managing advertising and content sale operations.
ENG Future Media said it plans to expand its sales network to GCC to unlock the regional advertising potential for IMI. This agreement will cover the commercial services for the IMI Network, which includes Sky News Arabia, The National, Al-Ain News, and CNN Business Arabic.
