Hills Advertising, one of the largest and most experienced owner and operator of outdoor advertising in Dubai, has reaffirmed its long-standing strategic partnership with the World Governments Summit, extending a collaboration that began more than a decade ago, which now enters its next 10-year chapter.
The 2026 edition is set to be the largest in the summit’s history, with more than 35 heads of state and government, hundreds of ministers, global CEOs, and thousands of delegates expected to participate — underlining the summit’s expanding global impact.
For Hills Advertising, being part of the Summit ecosystem has offered more than visibility — it has provided rare insight into how public policy, infrastructure planning and long-term national strategies are evolving.

This perspective has helped Hills Advertising make strategic decisions that align with the UAE’s future growth priorities, giving the company confidence to invest in capabilities and markets that reflect government direction.
Commenting on the renewed partnership, Sami Al Mufleh, Owner and CEO of Hills Advertising, said, “We believed in the World Governments Summit from the very first edition — long before many of the innovations it champions became realities. Over the past decade, we’ve seen ambitious ideas turn into real projects that shape how people live, travel, and work.”

Mufleh added, “Being part of this journey has informed our own strategic direction and reinforced our confidence in long-term vision. Renewing this partnership for the next ten years reflects our belief in the power of bold thinking, collaboration and delivery.”
From its earliest editions, the summit has served not only as a forum for dialogue but as a launchpad for real, measurable progress in future-focused initiatives.
Ideas first explored on its stages have moved into delivery — from advanced mobility systems to smart city infrastructure — demonstrating the platform’s ability to turn vision into action.

One of the most visible examples is Dubai’s advanced air taxi service, developed through collaborations first announced on the Summit floor.
Supported by global partners and enabled by local regulators, this electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) service is expected to enter commercial operation in 2026, marking a significant achievement for future urban mobility in the UAE.

This year’s summit will feature the World Laureates Summit, bringing top scientists, Nobel Prize laureates, and leading researchers into dialogue with global policymakers.
This new initiative reflects the growing recognition that scientific discovery must be integrated with policymaking — reinforcing the summit’s role in advancing evidence-based solutions to global challenges.
