GymNation launches global creative competition to design next national billboard

The 'Your Ad. Our Billboard.' competition invites creatives from around the world to submit their best GymNation ad.

GymNation has launched a creative competition, inviting agencies, freelancers, studios, and its own member community to design the brand’s next national billboard campaign.

The brand is calling on the people who live and breathe its culture – from personal trainers and members to designers and creative agencies – to submit original billboard concepts that reflect the energy, inclusivity, and attitude of the GymNation movement.

Titled ‘Your Ad. Our Billboard.’, this initiative from GymNation hands over the reigns to its community, giving anyone, anywhere – be it agencies, freelance creatives, design students, GymNation members, your cousin who’s ‘really good at Photoshop.’ – a chance to let their creativity shine.

“The best ideas don’t come from boardrooms – they come from the community,” said Rory McEntee, Chief Marketing Officer at GymNation. “We have agencies and creatives reaching out to work with us all the time, so this is a chance to cut through and show us what you can really do. It’s not just about getting your work on a national billboard – it’s an opportunity to get in front of our senior marketing team and open the door to future collaborations.”

The winning design will be unveiled on June 1 2026, National Billboard Day. The winner will also receive:

  • A national billboard feature
  • PR recognition across GymNation’s media channels
  • A complimentary GymNation membership
  • An exclusive GymNation merchandise bundle
  • A creative session with GymNation’s marketing team

How to enter the GymNation billboard competition

Participants are invited to submit their billboard designs by 18 May 2026. GymNation’s internal team will shortlist the most compelling entries, which will then be opened to a public vote, ensuring the final decision reflects the voice of the community.

Entrants can mock up their billboard designs using GymNation-provided templates and submit their work to [email protected] before the deadline of 18 May 2026.

With no entry fees, no barriers, and no insider advantage, GymNation’s latest initiative aims to reinforce its commitment to community-first thinking – giving creatives everywhere the opportunity to make their mark on one of the region’s biggest stages.
