From left, Enes Gulacti, Digital Manager, and Jon-Pierre Emmanuel, Media Planner, Fusion5In a market defined by caution and contraction, Fusion5 is charting a different course, with the agency revealing the dual appointment of Enes Gulacti as Digital Manager and Jon-Pierre (JP) Emmanuel as Media Planner in a deliberate signal of the agency’s confidence in its people-first growth strategy, even as the broader industry navigates an uncertain period.
Gulacti joins the agency stepping into a digital management role where he will lead client strategy and digital planning across a portfolio of the agency’s key accounts.
He brings close to five years of cross-market experience spanning Dubai and Turkey, with a strong foundation in performance marketing built across retail, e-commerce, real estate and electronics verticals.
Emmanuel joins Fusion5 having relocated from London, where he began his career in Digital Planning. His decision to make the move to the region and to Fusion5 specifically at this particular moment in time reflects a genuine belief in the direction and ambition of the agency. He steps into a hybrid planning capacity, bringing a dynamic perspective to the team’s strategic offering.
The appointments arrive at a time when many industries across the region are pulling back. Yet for Fusion5, the message is intentional: growth is not a reaction to conditions, but a commitment to being ready when conditions shift.
By continuing to invest in talent, the agency is positioning itself to accelerate as market momentum returns, emerging stronger, sharper and better resourced to serve its clients.
Elie Haber, Managing Partner, Fusion5, said, “The industry is navigating a challenging period, but we have never been more clear about where we are headed. Welcoming Enes and JP to the team is not just an operational decision; it is a statement of intent. We continue to believe that the right investment in people is what separates agencies that merely survive from those that lead.”
These additions further build on a period of sustained momentum for Fusion5, which recently earned both Performance Marketing Agency of the Year and back-to-back Independent Media Agency of the Year awards at the Campaign Middle East Awards. The agency is also continuing to expand its client portfolio across local and regional markets.
