One of the panel was moderated by DMS’s Associate Sales Director, Carl Chalhoub and focused on the rise of digital audio globally, as well as its impact on the region.

The panel discussion featured expert views and insightful perspectives from clients Alaa Alsweileh – Head of Digital Marketing at Samsung Gulf and Zakaria Naciri – Audio lead at Precision, who gave their opinion on the format and enriched the audiences knowledge on the advantages of digital audio as well as its place within the integrated media mix.

Delivering further insights on the topic were Ramy Al Kadhi – Head of Commercial at Anghami and Wilfrid Obeng – Co-founder and CTO of Audiomob, who both shed light on the latest technologies and initiatives that their respective companies have launched, along with the areas which they believe will benefit most from improvements.

They also delved into the surge of interest in digital audio advertising among advertisers in the region and discussed the steps being undertaken to increase the adoption of digital audio and promote it to become a conventional format in the future in the eyes of advertisers and agencies.

“Events such as Let’s Get Loud are pivotal conversations in the industry for us. Working with DMS and Choueiri Group for this event presented a great opportunity for us to broadcast our message of a better ad ecosystem, and within a region of the world that continuously exceeds our expectations for growth.

“Seeing so many experts come together from across the industry only helped to further cement digital audio’s place in the advertising industry and within omnichannel digital strategies,” said Wilfrid Obeng – Co-Founder and CTO of Audiomob.
