Febin has my highest recommendation for this nomination. He is an asset to the company and he always extends his hand in mentoring and helping his junior colleagues. He has the passion and motivation for learning. And I believe he deserves the scholarship if given the opportunity.

Bio

Febin has been with Instinctif Partners since 2015. He started as an Account Executive and has been promoted to Senior Consultant within 4 years in the company. In his role as Senior Consultant, he helps companies develop their corporate reports by implementing best practice methods across content, design and production. Febin has worked with companies across the GCC such as Almarai, RAKBANK, National Bank of Kuwait, Mobily, VIVA Kuwait, Bank Albilad, Al Rajhi Bank and SEVEN.

Guiding principles

Febin worked on the 2018 ESG report for Al Rajhi Bank where he did extensive research on the bank’s ESG issues, consulted on peer benchmarking and managed the production of the report. He holds an MBA in Public Relations and Event Management.

How has Covid changed your job?

Febin and the rest of the team have adapted well to the ‘new normal’. Though it came as a shock on how the pandemic has initially impacted our business, it now has brought new possibilities that we thought we would never consider pre- Covid. We now have taken advantage of what the digital age has to offer in the workplace.  The company provided corporate flexibility to the employees and we have now taken a new approach to dealing and handling clients virtually. Febin, as a Senior Consultant, has been a great support and innovator for the team.
