The Board of Directors of AroundtheClock Communications (ATC) Group has appointed co-founder and shareholder Rizk Naifeh as Chairman after more than six years as the Chief Executive Officer, marking a new milestone in his communications career in the Middle East.

The announcement comes in recognition of Naifeh’s contributions, the Group said in a statement to Campaign Middle East.

In his new role as Chairman, Naifeh will oversee ATC Group’s expansion plan in the region with new offices set to open in 2025 in Egypt and KSA.
