Faisal holds a pivotal position within the Events department. H demonstrates a remarkable ability to adjust to varying circumstances and tackling difficulties with resolved issues. He actively pursues and embraces input to improve his efficiency and is renowned for his outstanding dedication and his extensive background from previous positions.

Faisal has also notably enriched the marketing division by embracing extra duties this term and showcased exceptional dedication in fulfilling these obligations. I am honored to have him on my team and to work with such talent on a daily basis.

Career highlights

I started my career in 2019 as a Ticketing Manager. During this time, I gained experience developing and organizing global and local events and managing event operations. Later, I transitioned to Account Manager, working on high-profile projects such as Riyadh Season, the SPL, and F1.  In May 2022, I joined the Roshn Group, taking on responsibilities in the Sponsorships and External Events division. I have worked on numerous prominent initiatives in this role, including Cityscape and Big 5. I am excited to take on even more ambitious projects that showcase Saudi Arabia’s prominence globally.

Guiding principles

As an event management professional, my guiding principles are creating exceptional experiences, operational excellence, adaptability, and innovation, building collaborative partnerships, and striving for positive impact. Through these, I aim to position ROSHN as a leader in sponsorships and events.
