Publicis Groupe builds commerce marketing with Mars United acquisition

Publicis Groupe has acquired independent commerce marketing company Mars United Commerce for an undisclosed amount, with the aim of leveraging Mars’ proprietary technology and solutions to further scale and supercharge Publicis’ existing commerce capabilities.
