Ramy Mouganie, Client Leadership Director, Fusion5 has been recognised on Campaign Middle East’s 40 Over 40, which honours leaders who have shaped the regional brand and marketing industry over the past 15 years and more.

This is not a ranking. It is the first edition of an annual platform created to spotlight senior industry figures aged 40 and older. They represent different disciplines and different leadership styles but are all builders of brands and businesses.

These have been recommended as caretakers of client trust and custodians of culture. The 40 over 40 list celebrates the people who have moved the needle – not for a season or for a single campaign cycle, but for several years.


Mouganie is a client leadership director at Fusion5, with 20 years of experience spanning agency and client-side roles across the marketing industry. A graduate of the American University of Beirut, Mouganie’s career has taken him through leading network agencies including OMD and UM, as well as a tenure at Samsung Middle East as media lead within the corporate marketing department, an experience that gave him rare insight into how businesses think, plan and grow beyond the marketing function.

Throughout his career, Mouganie has worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Coca-Cola, Spotify, LVMH, Visa, Nivea and Nissan, developing a
strategic instinct that goes beyond media and into the commercial realities that drive business decisions.
