More than 200 guests from around the world attended the Campaign Agency of The Year Global awards ceremony on 18 June at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel in London.

This year there were entries from 85 companies from 16 countries for this year’s awards, ranging from independent shops to global networks, demonstrating the programme’s commitment to recognising excellence, regardless of scale.

The Middle East celebrated with a haul of nine big wins across six categories in Gold, Silver and Bronze.

  • Middle East-based Gambit Communications won the Bronze for Independent PR Agency.

Integrated Marketing Agency and Best Place to Work categories:

  • TBWA\RAAD took home a Silver for Integrated Marketing Agency. The agency also won Silver for Best Place To Work in the Staff Engagement & Initiatives category.

Gideon Spanier, UK Editor-in-Chief of Campaign, said: “The agencies recognised as Global Agency of the Year have earned their place in the spotlight. The best agencies are never content with the status quo; they continually evolve to meet their clients’ needs, and that demands real creative thinking, exceptional talent, and a relentless hunger for innovation, particularly now at a time of huge technological disruption.

“What sets these awards apart is their credibility: the verdicts come from those who matter most: the senior marketers who commission the work, sign the deals, and are ultimately accountable for the outcomes.”

John McDonald, the Global Chief Marketing Officer of HSBC, was chair of the judging panel for Campaign’s Agency of the Year Global Awards 2025.

The judging panel was made up of top marketers including James Kissell, Global Head of Marketing Operations and Globalisation at Fujitsu Global, Sinem Soydar, Global Head of Digital and Social Media at Shell, Kevin Mercer, Executive Director of Creative Strategy at media giant Comcast, and Zeeshan Khan, Head of Marketing at Legoland Malaysia Resort.

The process is independently audited by MediaSense.
