Xapads Media has appointed Guénolé Le Gall as its Global Head of Performance, as the company doubles down on AI-driven programmatic strategies to meet growing demand for measurable, outcome-led advertising across markets.

As brands shift toward performance-driven advertising across Connected TV (CTV), mobile, and the open web, the need for unified, cross-channel execution is growing. This shift is driving Xapads to further strengthen its performance capabilities.

In his new role, Le Gall will lead Xapads’ global performance strategy, focusing on driving measurable business outcomes through AI-powered programmatic solutions.

He will also be responsible for enhancing cross-market alignment, improving campaign efficiency, and advancing performance-driven offerings across key regions, including APAC, MENA, Europe, LATAM, and the United States.

Le Gall brings extensive experience in performance marketing and programmatic advertising, having worked across international markets to build and scale data-driven growth strategies for digital businesses.

Commenting on the appointment, Nitin Gupta, CEO of Xapads Media, said, “As the digital ecosystem evolves, performance is no longer just a metric- it is the foundation of how brands evaluate success. With this appointment, we are strengthening our capabilities to deliver outcome-driven solutions powered by data and AI.”

As the company continues to expand its footprint across both emerging and mature markets, strengthening performance capabilities remains central to its global growth strategy.

Building on this strategic direction, Ramneek Chadha, COO of Xapads Media, added, “As advertisers demand greater accountability and precision, the role of performance has fundamentally evolved. This move strengthens our ability to help brands navigate that shift with solutions that are both scalable and locally effective.”

Sharing his perspective on the role and future focus, Guénolé Le Gall, Global Head of Performance, said,  “Xapads is uniquely positioned at the intersection of data, technology, and global scale. I’m excited to build on this foundation and drive performance innovation that enables brands to achieve measurable growth across markets.”

With increasing fragmentation across channels and growing pressure on advertisers to deliver accountability, transparency, and efficiency, Xapads remains focused on enabling brands to operate with greater precision while driving  scalable outcomes across markets.
