Wavemaker appoints Mariam Raafat as Managing Director for Egypt

Mariam joins Wavemaker from the Coca Cola Company in Egypt.

Wavemaker, the global media, content and technology agency, announced the appointment of Mariam Raafat as MD for their Egypt office. The announcement was made by Rabe Iyer, Wavemaker MENA CEO.

Mariam joins Wavemaker from the Coca Cola Company in Egypt, where she was leading the Integrated Marketing Communication mandate for the whole portfolio of brands of Coca Cola. With more than sixteen years of experience in media strategy, brand planning, insights and digital transformation for one of the region’s biggest brands, Mariam brings both seniority and expertise to the benefit of Wavemaker’s clients in the region.
