TBWA\RAAD names Muriel Lechaczynski as Chief Growth Officer

Muriel Lechaczynski is the new Chief Growth Officer at TBWA\RAAD.

TBWA\RAAD has announced the appointment of Muriel Lechaczynski as Chief Growth Officer, bolstering its leadership team.

Holding extensive experience in brand strategy and growth and cumulative 13 years within TBWA, Lechaczynski previously served as Managing Director at TBWA\Shanghai and Global Brand Lead for Philips at TBWA\Neboko.

In her new role, she will leverage her expertise to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and deliver innovative brand experiences across the region.

Her appointment in line with TBWA\RAAD’s ongoing aim to empower brands through creative solutions and innovative brand experiences.

Muriel’s journey within TBWA, from managing operations in Shanghai to overseeing global brand efforts at Neboko positions her to integrate “Disruption® seamlessly” into business development, according to the company.

Her appointment reinforces TBWA\RAAD’s commitment to delivering impactful creative solutions and unlocking growth opportunities for its clients.

The year 2024 saw a whole slew of appointments for the creative shop.

Earlier this year in March, TBWA\RAAD made another C-suite appointment, naming Catherine Bannister as the Chief Strategy Officer, also in line with the agency’s goals.  Other appointments to the agency, this year include head of strategy and planning Rawad Al Dahouk, head of social and content Tony Kayouka, and managing director for Saudi Dan Leach.
