Golin Ketchum has officially launches as the combined agency formed through the merger of Golin and Ketchum.

In the MENA region, Stephen Worsley, the Managing Director of Golin MENA, will now head up the merged agency as Managing Director of Golin Ketchum MENA.

For existing clients, day-to-day teams and relationships remain intact, preserving the partnership approach and collaborative culture — while immediately gaining access to expanded talent, expertise, and technology across the combined agency.

Speaking exclusively to Campaign Middle East, Worsley said, “Two of the world’s most storied PR agencies becoming one is a landmark moment for our industry. Golin Ketchum brings together exceptional talent across every discipline, from brand and consumer to corporate affairs, health and technology, creating a creative and strategic force greater than the sum of its parts.

Worsley added, “We are proud to have represented Golin in the Middle East and North Africa, and prouder still to now carry the Golin Ketchum name. That global firepower is anchored here by something equally powerful: the depth of local understanding of our parent company Horizon Holdings, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The timing couldn’t be more fitting—Horizon’s 50th year is exactly the moment to signal what the next chapter looks like.”

Golin Ketchum will provide communications services across brand and consumer marketing, corporate affairs, health, technology, and food, agriculture and nutrition, supported by a global network of offices and specialty practices.

Golin Ketchum intends to be grounded in the fundamental beliefs of creating with bravery, leading with curiosity, and collaborating as a superpower. The new agency’s purpose reflects a shared foundation: Together, we’ll do the best work of our lives and create change that matters.

The agency also introduced a new visual identity to reflect its bold ambition. The signature colour palette —  anchored by Flare, a vibrant red-orange — signals the energy and vision driving the combination of these two storied agencies.

The brand identity also features a distinctive mark, which is an abstraction of its initials, designed to work seamlessly across practices, industry sectors, and geographies.

Matt Neale will serve as Global CEO of the new agency, with Tamara Norman as President.

“Golin Ketchum was formed with a clear ambition to shake up the agency landscape with unmatched creativity and category expertise,” said Neale. “For our clients, this means access to world-class resources and integrated capabilities. For our people, it means career-defining opportunities and the chance to do the best work of our lives, for the greatest clients in the world.”

Commenting on the new name, which combines the history and reputation of both organisations, Neale added, “We considered a range of options, but ultimately the strongest choice was the simplest one. Both Golin and Ketchum have built strong relationships with clients and strong reputations in the market. Bringing the names together honors that history while reflecting the future we’re building as one organisation.”

“This isn’t simply a brand launch. It’s our declaration of intent,” added Neale. “Golin Ketchum offers clients the most awarded creative team in the world underpinned by a relentless curiosity and the most effective AI and data solutions. We embody the apex of human creativity and next generation technology.”

Golin Ketchum will continue to operate through local market teams supported by specialised practices and sector expertise.
