Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority announced that it would be protecting Riyadh Season’s trademark, along with other rights related to it.
As reported by Saudi Gazette, the Entertainment Authority released a statement highlighting that it would enforce legal actions on those who used the trademark without permission.
It also said that it had monitored the use of the trademark in a large number of companies, who used the Riyadh Season 2023/2024 trademark without obtaining prior written approval.
The companies in question used the logo and trademark in their marketing and advertising campaigns, associating their name with Riyadh Season, without approval.

It said use would only be allowed after obtaining a written approval from the authority who will set the conditions for using these rights.
Meanwhile, the Saudi Ministry of Interior in collaboration with the General Entertainment Authority, introduced a special stamp for the Riyadh Season 2023 that featured season’s logo for visitors to the Kingdom.
The stamp would be available to all travelers, to be stamped on their passports, at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh during the duration of the season’s events.
