Publicis Groupe Middle East has appointed Joyce Hallak as Chief Strategy Officer of Publicis Media for the region.
This newly created position aligns with the group’s efforts to advance its media capabilities.
The appointment is a key addition to the recently formed executive leadership team at Publicis Media ME, serving as a key enabler in strengthening the strategic direction of the group’s media operations and spearheading the overall Publicis Media ME strategy agenda, including all brands and markets within its ecosystem.

Hallak has been with Publicis Groupe Middle East for 16 years, starting as Media Director at Starcom Lebanon in 2007, where she handled all local clients and expanded to challenging markets like Iraq, Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.
In 2015, she became Client Managing Director for Mondelez EMEA, overseeing 20 markets, and driving digital transformation to deliver YOY media savings as well as media innovation that won the team several awards at MENA Effies, Cristals and Dubai Lynx.
Apart from handling Mondelez’s key brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, and Trident, she delivered value for multinationals such as Samsung, Heineken and Visa across multiple markets.
In 2016, she was promoted to Head of Starcom for Levant, leading all local operations.
