Scott Grayston, PR Director, M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Middle East.M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Middle East has strengthened its leadership with the appointment of Scott Grayston as PR Director. The hire follows the Group’s recent acquisition of DUNE | 23, marking a period of continued growth and expansion in its integrated communications practice.
Grayston’s appointment aims to strengthen the agency’s regional leadership across sport, culture, entertainment and major event communications. He brings more than 12 years of experience in regional sports media and communications, with a career spanning editorial journalism, brand partnerships, content strategy, and major international events.
“Scott brings a genuine depth of experience, credibility and relationships across the region’s sports and media ecosystem.,” said Lloyd McMillan, Managing Director, M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Middle East.
“He understands the pace of culture here and how to turn brand activity into stories that earn attention.”
Grayston joins from 160over90, where he led communications strategy for DP World and the DP World Tour, delivering integrated campaigns across flagship global tournaments including the DP World Tour Championship, Open de France, and Korea Championship. Grayston also worked closely on DP World’s ‘Second Life Container’ and ‘Beyond Boundaries’ initiatives travelling to India, Kenya and Namibia to help grow the sports at a grassroots level.
He has also worked on major sports properties for VISA and Mubadala, including campaigns around the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, as well as projects across Formula One, SailGP, IPL, ILT20, and the ICC. Earlier in his career, he was a multimedia journalist and editor for Sport360 and Worldwide Golf, where he interviewed leading athletes and directed feature content for the region’s most established sports publications.

At M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Middle East, Grayston will spearhead PR strategy and delivery across a growing client portfolio, working closely with Amanda Fox-Pryke, who leads the agency’s client operations and marcomms strategic direction. Together, they will continue to elevate PR and communications services across major projects, events and brands.
