M+C Saatchi Middle East has embraced the spirit of movement for the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025, extending its PR remit for the account to its own office space.

The initiative, termed M+C Saatchi in Motion, aims to reflect the belief that creativity thrives when people do, integrating its philosophy of “creativity in motion” into the rhythm of everyday work life.

Therefore, for the month of November, teams across the agency are encouraged to prioritise their physical and mental well-being while strengthening collaboration, creativity, and balance.

“The Dubai Fitness Challenge is the perfect reminder that movement fuels creativity,” said Scott Feasey, CEO of M+C Saatchi Group Middle East.

To make movement accessible and engaging, M+C Saatchi Group Middle East has introduced fitness stations across its Dubai offices, including a treadmill and spin bikes, inviting employees to get active throughout the day in the month of the 30×30 Challenge. Employees are collectively targeting 3,030 kilometers this month in correlation with the 30×30 Challenge. The agency also created a challenge to see which employee can run the farthest in 10 minutes on a treadmill ahead of the Dubai Run.

“As a group, we believe in staying in motion  physically, mentally, and creatively. ‘M+C Saatchi in Motion’ isn’t just about fitness; it’s about connection, mindset, and living our values every day,” added Feasey.

Lloyd McMillan, Managing Director of M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Middle East added: “Dubai Fitness Challenge is one of our key clients, and it’s inspiring to see our entire agency embrace the initiative firsthand. This is a great example of how we live, what we do combining wellness, teamwork, and creativity to keep the agency, and our people, moving forward.”

By participating in Dubai Fitness Challenge, M+C Saatchi Middle East aims to create an environment that nurtures well-being, collaboration, and creative excellence – proving that when people move together, great ideas follow.
