Leo Burnett Beirut and Pampers celebrate dads with #DadFromDayOne campaign

On the occasion of Father’s Day, Pampers launched their #DadFromDayOne campaign, an initiative to highlight the importance of the role fathers play in the lives of their newborn babies from the very first day.

While many fathers were earlier usually unsure of the role they can play in their baby’s lives in the first six months, this year changed it all. “Work From Home” gave dads a bigger role in the day-to-day and enabled them to witness their baby’s daily heroic moments.

Because this needs to start with their own team, all fathers working on Pampers also get 8 weeks of paid paternity leave. Pampers are hoping that by announcing this through this campaign they can inspire other companies to do the same; because giving both new parents access to paid leave not only builds equality in the workplace but is simply healthier for families in the long term.
