AllDetails, an award-winning boutique PR and Communications agency based in Dubai Media City, UAE is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic, proactive and aspiring PR Senior Account Manager who is looking to forge a career in the public relations industry within the region. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hospitality clients alongside global corporate companies.

The Senior PR Account Manager will work and liaise with the agency’s account managers towards a seamless workflow ensuring optimal results for clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for all the accounts and will need to make sure their KPI’s are met.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead with accountability for all clients and be responsible for all results
– Ensure client KPI’s are met successfully
– Strong ability to develop PR plans to clients’ requirements, autonomously meet all deadlines and deliverables beyond clients’ expectations
– Researching, drafting and issuing faultless press materials and documents with no approval internal required (press releases, briefing books, op eds, bios, plans, etc)
– Ability to develop and land thought-provoking story ideas and pitches to Tier 1 media
– Lead client strategy meetings – coming up with big picture, integrated ideas and presenting them to the client
– Able to single-handedly manage events from inception to post-event coverage, and lead the team
– Strategic in pitching needle-moving campaign ideas to clients and executing ideas through pitching and engaging media
– Regularly identify opportunities for new business (both from existing and new clients) and share them with your manager along with proposed course of action
– Continually bringing new creative ideas to meeting client goals – well beyond press release distribution
– Excellent media relationships with Tier 1 journalists and influencers, using this platform to gain valuable knowledge and use this to develop media strategy
– Mentoring, assisting and training junior team members, always leading by example in the office and events
– Manage Account Managers and their teams ensuring high quality work for all clients
– Stay abreast of and share industry news impacting clients and the business, flagging where opportunities or concerns may arise
– Play a key role presenting at pitch presentations
– Collaborate with team members to prepare responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals from clients
– Skilled in networking, building new relationships and promoting the Agency at relevant events
– Assist Group Account Manager with daily/weekly/monthly tasks and deputise for GAM when absent from the office.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
– 4-7 years of experience in PR agency or in-house PR department
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Ambitious to excel and support the Agency beyond job description
– Perfect command of English, both written and verbal communications
