Sales Executive – What’s On Dubai

Motivate Media Group is looking for dynamic sales professionals who are focused, practical and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use their initiative and expertise to identify commercial opportunities and maximize revenue generation for the brand and its extensions across multi-media platforms.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum 2-3 years of media sales experience.
• Strong negotiating & closing skills.
• Effective time management customer service skills.
• Knowledge of UAE press and publication laws.
• A hard and smart worker who must be both entrepreneurial and proactive in nature
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the sales activity across the brand portfolio to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Generates revenue from creation and sale of compelling advertising and sponsorship solutions.
• Constantly seeks out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that targets are met.
• Helping advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, measure results and renew/up-sell
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Account management of existing clients.
