Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Emaar Properties, has announced the rebranding of Address Fountain Views to Address Dubai Mall. The change went into effect on 8th January 2024.
According to the company, the change reflects the group’s dedication to upholding its iconic status and delivering the signature experience associated with the Address Hotels + Resorts brand.
The property takes on the name of the previous The Address Dubai Mall which was renamed as Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai by Abu Dhabi National Hotels earlier this year.
The hotel is directly connected to the Dubai Mall and Chinatown Dubai Mall, through an air-conditioned walkway.
Mohamed Alabbar, founder of Emaar, said: “The rebranding of Address Fountain Views to Address Dubai Mall is more than just a name change; it’s a reaffirmation of our commitment to unrivalled luxury and excellence.”
“This renowned hotel symbolises Dubai’s values and our dedication to providing extraordinary experiences. Address Dubai Mall is a magnificent example of Emaar’s long tradition of setting new milestones in premium hospitality.”
While the mall has rebranded, the group will continue its signature services that are associated with the Address hotels.
The rebrand of the hotel shortly follows several changes in properties and management across the Address hotels.
Last year in December, Emaar Properties handed over five of its properties management to Abu Dhabi National Hotels.
ADNH collaborated with hotel groups Kempinski Hotels and Marriott International to rebrand the properties.
Address Boulevard was renamed to Kempinski The Boulevard and The Address Dubai Marina is now called JW Marriott Hotel Marina. While the previous The Address Dubai Mall was rebranded as Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai.
Apart from the Address hotels, the Downtown collection also received new names with Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel now being called Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection and Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel changing its name to The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.
