The appointment marks a significant expansion for the agency as it takes the lead on the digital presence for one of the world’s most iconic pizza brands.
“We are incredibly proud to welcome Domino’s Pizza to the Crowd family,” said Rochel Defiño, Account Manager – Social at Crowd. “Managing a brand with such a rich heritage and a bold future is an exciting challenge. Our team is ready to bring a fresh, data-driven approach to their social presence, ensuring we engage fans in meaningful ways across the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain.”
Crowd has been tasked with managing the end-to-end social media ecosystem, including strategic content calendars, proactive community management, and on-the-ground event coverage. The agency will focus on content adaptation and localisation, ensuring that Domino’s Pizza’s global excellence translates into high-impact, culturally relevant engagement across its primary GCC markets.
The partnership aims to move beyond standard social updates, focusing on high-impact storytelling and community-first engagement to ensure Domino’s remains the first choice for pizza lovers in a highly competitive digital landscape.
