Independent agency Frame has won the full-service marketing account for Qatar’s Katara project.
The regional brief includes sponsorship, advertising, PR, digital, promotions and media planning, with Frame beating 12 other agencies to the business. Katara is a landmark project in Doha covering arts, culture, entertainment and leisure.
Rami Shana’ah, managing director at the Doha-based Frame, said: “We are proud of what we have achieved in terms of growth since 2005, but this is fantastic news as it demonstrates that Frame is operating at an even higher level on a regional basis. We won the business on the basis of our strategic planning, media planning and fully integrated capabilities.”
Callum Hoy, deputy managing director at Frame, added: “We have grown our capabilities and recruited a senior management team in planning, business development and operations to complement our already strong team. Beating global networks to win prestigious clients is testament to our increased strategic planning and in-house full service offering. This is just the start of a three-year plan for the agency and we are proud that we are now ranked in the top five agencies in the country.”
