Digitalfarm announces the appointment of Gayna Kumar as Director of Culture.

In this strategic hybrid role, Kumar will continue to serve as an account director, leveraging her extensive experience to further enhance the agency’s culture and organisational well-being. Kumar joined the creative agency in 2017 as a senior social media manager. Since then, she has steadily climbed the rungs as the agency grew to her new position.

Digitalfarm said this appointment reflects its ongoing commitment to grounding its agency culture to support its rapid growth and expansive global reach.

Kumar will play a pivotal role in maintaining a supportive and sustainable work environment, ensuring that Digitalfarm continues to attract and nurture top talent from around the world.

Having been with Digitalfarm for over seven years, Kumar has played a significant role in shaping the agency’s culture and values since its early days. Her previous role as director of social and her current responsibilities as account director highlight her comprehensive understanding of both landscapes and position her perfectly to lead and cultivate an engaging and inclusive workplace environment, the agency explained.

Kumar is a master’s candidate in psychology and neuroscience of mental health. Her qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in literature and a mental health first aid certification.

Shantelle Nagarajan is Campaign Middle East’s Junior Reporter who covers marketing news which focuses on FMCG, real estate and brand retail industries.
