Create wins social media strategy contract for Cityscape Global 2024

The project scope for Create includes creating a social media strategy that promotes the event's USP, engagement, as well as inclusivity and cultural representation, as well as on-ground support with live content and coverage.

Cityscape Global Create

Create has been awarded the contract to develop and implement the social media strategy for Cityscape Global 2024, a premier real estate event, organised by Informa.

This year, the event – which brings together investors, developers, and professionals to showcase and discuss the latest trends in the real estate industry – will take place from 11-14 November at the Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, Riyadh, KSA.

The project aims to develop an always-on social strategy to drive performance through the funnel for the pre-launch of Cityscape Global.

The project scope includes creating a comprehensive social media strategy that highlights Cityscape Global’s unique selling points, promotes engagement, and ensures inclusivity and cultural representation, as well as supporting on ground with live content and coverage during the event.

Matthew Richardson, Chief Commercial Officer at Create, said, “As we continue our expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are thrilled to bring Create’s innovative approach to digital marketing and content creation to this dynamic market.

“Our commitment to understanding the local culture and tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of our clients in the Kingdom underscores our dedication to delivering impactful and resonant campaigns and we are proud to be contributing to the growth and digital transformation of businesses in the region,” Richardson added.

The primary objectives are to attract more global developers, engage B2B audiences, maximise participation in the home giveaway for B2C audiences, and increase event footfall, including paid, to increase registration to the website and to collect leads for both visitors and exhibitors.

The Create approach will emphasise real estate innovations, sustainable practices, and cultural integration in modern living.

The strategy will champion smart home technologies, IoT-enabled infrastructure, sustainable building practices, and culturally conscious designs, through innovative content creation, engagement strategies, and crisis management plans.
