Over the last 2 years, Raya has significantly grown her digital marketing skills to become the natural point of contact for a lot of our retail brands such as Birkenstock or Noha Nabil Beauty. Her strong knowledge of digital platforms and their algorithms coupled with her ability to understand different business models enable her to build and coordinate the implementation of growth strategies that drive measurable impact on our client’s top line. Her dynamism, sense of organization, and accountability combined with her strong skills in data manipulation makes her today one of the high-potential profile in the region on performance marketing.

Career highlights

I come from an engineering background, where the focus was on building analytical skills. Over the years, as an online user, my interest in digital marketing grew so I decided to change paths and I now have been working in the industry for 4 years. I owe my growth to Acquisit, where I was given the opportunity to learn through working on several accounts and evolving my role from being an analyst to a strategist within a year. My most exciting project is working on the Birkenstock account and contributing to their D2C’s growth, in a crowded and competitive landscape.

Guiding principles

The mindset to always be open to learn, especially in an ever-growing industry. Being a team player and valuing collaborations with others, with the goal of achieving better outcomes. Communication and transparency – always being honest and allowing others to help when needed. And finally, of course, commitment – working together towards a common goal and showing dedication will always be the main driver and motivating factor within a team.
