From the day Ghida joined, her dedication and hands-on approach were simply a reflection of her passion for the industry. A solution-driven go-getter, she has managed to grow her clients’ business from the first year onboard as she constantly prioritizes ideation that fits the business need. Creative and Innovative, I have no doubts that Ghida has a very bright future ahead.
Shortly after graduating from the American University of Beirut and being introduced to the advertising world, I discovered my passion for marketing communication. Throughout my career, I handled multiple roles such as Media, Social, and Creative. With Wetpaint Creative Digital Solutions, I was put on a growth fast-track and was given leadership responsibilities in handling various portfolios and growing the brands across various markets.
For me, the biggest focus is not on the communication medium, but rather on the solutions that answer the clients’ objectives where we place technology at the centre to be able to reach the set goals.
How has Covid changed your job?
Our challenge was to quickly adapt to new situations in response to consumer needs. Our responsibility was to realign priorities and understand opportunities created by Covid. The obstacle was managing the human bond between the team and the clients from behind the screen; this is not always an optimal solution.
