Aysar has joined our team recently and in the short time that he’s been here, he has already proven his value to the team and company. He has led on multiple pitches and worked with the team to plan and execute full-fledged gaming campaigns. He took part in the whole process from creative conceptualizing to execution and production. He has also received positive feedback and recognition from all the clients and team members.
Bio
I’m originally from Palestine although I’ve spent most of my life between KSA and UAE. I have a degree in Marketing and have around 8 years of work experience in Advertising. I worked with several prestigious agencies, including Leo Burnett, JWT, and FP7 across a range of global and local clients including brands such as Uber, McDonald’s, du, Coca-Cola, Nike and many more. In my previous experience, I’ve managed a team and lead pitches, big production shoots, and the launch of 360 campaigns across the region. I’m passionate about gaming and I’m looking forward to bringing my passion and experience to my new job at PLG, helping brands reach gaming audiences.

How has Covid changed your job?
It gave me more accountability and allowed me to explore new ways to be more organized, and efficient at doing/assigning tasks. It allowed me also to manage my time better where I spent my free time doing things I enjoyed like spending time with my family and dog which in return made me more productive. Lastly, it helped me improve my presentation and social skills through getting in touch with my team and clients more often and presenting through video calls
Side hustle
I dabble in stocks in cryptocurrency to earn extra money and have long term investments. I spend my free time playing my guitar, gaming, working out, and hanging out with family and friends.
