Alok Gadkar, ECD & MD, Classic Partnership: Since Ishar joined the Classic Partnership, he has managed to effectively answer a variety of briefs for new business pitches and our existing clients. Doing so with a level of professionalism and creativity that blurs the lines between mainline and digital advertising. At first, Ishar may seem like one of the quiet ones, but once he got into the groove of things it has been a breath of fresh air. I can’t wait to see the work we produce in the near future and see his star shine brighter.
I’m naturally inquisitive; I’ve always had a knack for writing and researching just about anything. And what better way to combine these traits than advertising? After graduating in media studies, for the past eight years I have worked as a copywriter, helping brands deliver thumb-stopping stories across platforms. By creating copy and concepts that engage, inform, surprise and delight people, while delivering business objectives. Before joining Classic Partnership, I led the content team at one of the region’s leading digital agencies.

Not so much of a dream, but I initially studied economics and would surely be working in a bank, if not for what I love doing currently.
Video games. Going back to my dream job, outside of writing I would have loved to become a game developer.
