Razmik Kalaidjian, Regional Managing Director, Boopin, has been recognised on Campaign Middle East’s 40 Over 40, which honours leaders who have shaped the regional brand and marketing industry over the past 15 years and more.

This is not a ranking. It is the first edition of an annual platform created to spotlight senior industry figures aged 40 and older. They represent different disciplines and different leadership styles but are all builders of brands and businesses.

These have been recommended as caretakers of client trust and custodians of culture. The 40 over 40 list celebrates the people who have moved the needle – not for a season or for a single campaign cycle, but for several years.


Razmik Kalaidjian’s more than 20- year-long career was built around building lasting client relationships across multiple geographies from Beirut to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and KSA. A diversity of sectoral experience from multinational FMCGs to telecommunications to e-commerce exposed him to a broader understanding of business and marketing and communications.

In 2017, he moved to KSA which further expanded his knowledge and understanding of the marketing and communications spectrum and the insights that drive clients’ business as well as the agency’s.

Between 2011 and 2017, he managed MediaCom in UAE and Lower Gulf markets, where the objective was to establish a new unified culture. He then moved to manage Mindshare KSA, growing the top line business to reach 4.5x growth and winning large-scale, global and local assignments.

In 2023, Kalaidjian joined Boopin as regional managing director to set up Boopin KSA from the ground up, with the core responsibility of expanding the portfolio of the local business.
