Audiomob, an in-game audio advertising company, has chosen Abu Dhabi as the HQ (headquarters) for its MENA operations. The move was made in partnership with Abu Dhabi Gaming to expand the advertising company’s global reach and further develop its patented, non-intrusive audio ad solutions.
Audiomob’s decision to establish its headquarters on Yas Island stems from the support offered by Abu Dhabi Gaming. Powered by multiple Abu Dhabi-based government and commercial organisations, Abu Dhabi Gaming will provide Audiomob with access to a diverse ecosystem and strong gaming infrastructure.
Wilfrid Obeng, Co-Founder and CTO of Audiomob, said: “Abu Dhabi has proven to be the perfect home for us, opening crucial doors to help us meet our ambitious growth strategy. The support from Abu Dhabi Gaming has been instrumental – from subsidies and talent development to a range of opportunities allowing collaboration with other members. We have seen first-hand that, in our industry, Abu Dhabi is the place to be.”
By fostering a collaborative environment for developers, businesses, and players, Abu Dhabi Gaming aims to position the emirate as a global hub for gaming.
“Abu Dhabi Gaming is proud to have many partners who excel in developing and publishing video games as well as others who are into technology and programming as well,” Marcos Muller-Habig, Director of Abu Dhabi Gaming said.
“We are proud that Audiomob has joined our journey, specially with their recent product that helps brands to push ads without interrupting the player’s journey,” added Muller-Habig, referring to the audio advertising company’s recent launch of the world’s first in-game audio Cost Per Install (CPI) product, which enables brands to pay only for installs generated by their campaigns.
“The gaming ecosystem in Abu Dhabi is rich and diverse, which helps our partners to excel, and turn their dream concepts into reality in Abu Dhabi.”
