AppsFlyer has named Gal Ekstein as its new Chief Business Officer. In this role, Ekstein will lead the company’s global expansion and business strategy at a critical juncture, as AppsFlyer aims to build on its growth and strengthen its presence worldwide.

Ekstein has been at AppsFlyer for five years where he has played a crucial role in driving the company’s success in EMEA and LATAM markets.

“Gal’s deep understanding of our business, combined with his proven track record of driving growth and fostering strong relationships with our customers, makes him the perfect choice to lead AppsFlyer’s go-to-market into its next chapter,” said Oren Kaniel, CEO and Co-founder of AppsFlyer.

“As we continue to scale, Gal’s leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our commitment to providing accurate, unbiased, and independent measurement that our customers can trust, while driving sustainable growth and profitability,” Kaniel said.

Under his leadership, AppsFlyer claims to have achieved significant milestones, including 3.3x growth in revenue in the region. His strategic focus on delivering value to customers and leveraging innovative go-to-market approaches has strengthened AppsFlyer’s reputation.

The leadership change comes as AppsFlyer crossed $400m in annual recurring revenue early last year, a full year of profitability and over two years of being cash flow positive.

“I am honored to step into this role at such an exciting time for AppsFlyer,” said Ekstein on his appointment. “Our focus remains on delivering unmatched value to our customers, driving innovation, and scaling our impact across all the markets we serve. I look forward to working with our incredible team as we continue to build the future of marketing measurement.”

Furthermore, Ekstein’s appointment aims to reinforce AppsFlyer’s commitment to innovation and customer-centricity. The company’s focus on unbiased measurement, trusted data, and sustainable growth positions it to navigate future opportunities.
