Amsterdam-based agency DAY has officially opened its Middle East operation, 12 months after it first arrived in the region.
The agency, which also has an office in New York, will be based out of Dubai and has an in-house creative team of seven. The agency says that its roster of launch clients includes projects for Unilever, Coco-Cola and Masafi.
Dennis de Rond, DAY’s strategy partner for the agency’s global business, will head the Middle East operation, which will also cover North Africa.
“This is an exciting milestone in the DAY story,” said de Rond. “It has always been our ambition to bring our operation into this emerging and dynamic market place. We have taken our time to ensure that we are able to offer clients the very best in creative talent coupled with a thorough understanding of the regional market place.
“Our Middle East team combines experience of working, both agency and client side, on some the largest global brands and has a deep understanding of local market values and working practices. We are confident that this invaluable insight will help our clients get to where they want to be and our roster of launch clients certainly supports this view.”
Founded in 2007, DAY is a multi-disciplinary creative agency that offers brand strategy, corporate identity, packaging and branding services.
