ABG announces new board for 2022-2024

Advertising Business Group (ABG) announced their elected board for the year 2022-2024. The board members were elected in the group’s annual general meeting in November 2022.

The board consists of seven members,  with new ABG chair Leyal Eskin Yilmaz at the helm of the group, who is the vice president– head of personal care business Arabia at Unilever. Yilmaz has more than two decades of experience in marketing, strategy, ESG, brand building, sales, customer development, digital commerce, business development and P&L management for FMCG and CPG sectors. She has also previously been a part of the IAB Turkey board.

Also new to the board is Arsalan Siddiqui, taking over the role of knowledge and development officer. Siddiqui is the senior marketing director and end-to-end category leader, Middle East at P&G.  He hold more than 14 years of brand building experience, with cross functional exposure to sales and consumer research.

Board members of 2020-2022, Elda Choucair, Priya Sarma, Omer Katerji, Marie De Dulca and Julien Cordahi, will continue their roles as vice chair, communications officer, membership development officer, treasurer and legal officer for the current period of 2022-2024.
