WhatsApp Channels set to roll out in UAE and KSA
Whatsapp Channels has now been launched in the UAE and the KSA.
The new feature is being rolled out globally over the coming year, with more countries being expected to avail of it.
Channels is a one-way broadcast feature that allows admins to send text, photos, videos, stickers, and polls to their followers.
Whatsapp also said that they’re building a “searchable directory” to help the users find channels of their interest to follow.
