‘Customers should be able to entirely delete data held on them’

Jadd Elliot Dib, CEO of  Pangaea X, says he takes data privacy very seriously

Businesses need to be upfront about their data collection practices and give their customers control over their personal information.

They should provide clear and concise privacy policies and give customers complete control over their data, including the ability to delete it entirely from a certain platform if they so choose.

In today’s digital age, data is the lifeblood of every business. As an individual with years of industry experience in the field of IT and data analytics, I have observed the way certain data can transform businesses and industries. However, with this great power comes great responsibility, and the protection of privacy is of utmost importance.

In recent years, data breaches and misuse of personal information have become commonplace, causing a lack of trust in businesses and governments. It is time for businesses to take a proactive approach to data privacy and take steps to safeguard their customers’ personal information.

In my team, we take data privacy seriously. We understand that our customers trust us with their personal information, and we do everything in our power to keep it safe. Our platform utilizes state-of-the-art security protocols and encryption methods to ensure that our customers’ data is protected from unauthorized access.

But privacy protection is not only about the technology used. It is also about transparency and trust.

The importance of privacy cannot be overstated. As individuals, we have the right to know how our data is being used and who has access to it. As businesses, we have a responsibility to safeguard this information and to be transparent about our data collection practices.

Data analytics has tremendous potential to transform markets, trends, and business landscapes, but it also comes with the accountability of protecting individual’s privacy. I believe that privacy protection is not only a legal obligation but also a moral imperative. By prioritizing privacy, businesses can build trust with their customers and create long-term relationships built on transparency and accountability.
