Al-Futtaim Ikea transformed the bus stop at Dubai Design District (D3) as a part of Dubai Design Week 2022. The branded creative installation was built with consideration of utility as a bus stop while focusing the Ikea’s brand values of sustainability and housing solutions.
The Ikea Sustainable Container was fully remodeled to be a living space as well as bus stop for those in D3. Designed by Ikea designers, this container was created using IKEA materials and products and aims to enable a community conversation while making use of the space.
