BNW Developments unveils ‘The BNW Print’ to integrate climate action into daily ops

BNW Developments, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing real estate developers, has unveiled ‘The BNW Green Print’: a holistic initiative integrating digital innovation and climate action into its everyday operations.

Launched in honour of World Environment Day 2026, this programme aims to reflect BNW’s commitment to driving meaningful environmental progress across the industry.

The first transformative step in this agenda is reducing paper waste, a significant yet often overlooked environmental challenge, as paper production remains a major contributor to deforestation, water consumption, energy use, and carbon emissions worldwide.

To address this issue at its core, BNW Developments has fully digitised the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Booking Form processes across its entire portfolio.

Through this initiative, BNW intends to save 110,400 sheets of paper each year, eliminating 1.1 tonnes of paper and preventing approximately 2.91 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.

As a second step that extended across its own offices, BNW employees took part in a hands-on recycling workshop, transforming discarded plastic bottle caps into bespoke lapel pins — daily reminders of the company’s environmental commitment.

Simultaneously, staff across the organisation updated their LinkedIn banners with a unified green message, turning individual profiles into a collective statement that reached thousands and emphasised that true environmental action is always a shared effort.

Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman & Founder of BNW Developments, said, “Sustainability is not a campaign for us; it is a conviction. The BNW Green Print is our way of saying that the places we build must give back to the planet they stand on. From the reduction of paper waste to the pins on our lapels, every act is intentional, and together, they add up to something that matters.”

The week-long movement has set a new standard for environmental responsibility within the luxury real estate sector.

BNW Developments remains steadfast in its commitment to creating spaces that not only exemplify elegance and innovation but also respect and nurture the natural world.

As the company continues to grow, its dedication to sustainability will remain at the heart of every development, ensuring that each project leaves a greener footprint for generations to come.
