Waseem Khashan, Chief Marketing Officer, ROSHN Group.Riyadh-headquartered developer ROSHN Group has promoted Waseem Khashan to the role of Chief Marketing Officer.
In his new role, Khashan will oversee ROSHN’s marketing and communications function, including campaigns, destination marketing, branding, digital, events and sponsorships, and all communications-related activities.

He joined ROSHN in September 2022, in the role of executive director for marketing. Prior to this, he held roles at Procter & Gamble, Colgate Palmolive, Emaar the Economic City, Olayan and the Ministry of Investment, where he was responsible for investment promotion.
Khashan takes over from the previous incumbent Ghada AlRumayan, who has been promoted to the Group’s Chief Shared Services Officer.

Alrumayan joined ROSHN in 2021 as the Group Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. In her previous roles, Alrumayan has worked with Riyad Bank as Senior VP of Communications & PR, Olayan Group as the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Supply Chain, Corp Communications, and Kempinski Hotels as Marketing Manager. She also worked with Saudi Hollandi Bank and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in key roles.
Over the past year, ROSHN has been expanding into verticals including sports, healthcare, hospitality and logistics.
The Kingdom’s real estate sector is also set for a major shift, with the opening up of sales for foreign ownership by January 2026.
With the business expansion and new markets to target, both ROSHN and the wider Saudi real estate sector are expected to experience increased marketing activity in the coming 12 months.
